满族Manchu

The Manchu are an ancient ethnic group mainly living across Northeast China. They once established the Qing Dynasty, and their history and customs have been preserved through long-standing oral traditions and written records.
Manchu culture features horseback riding, archery and distinctive festivals. Their representative traditional costume is the cheongsam for women and robes with horse-hoof cuffs for men, elegant and practical, embodying their ancient nomadic and hunting roots.

满族是中国东北地区历史悠久的民族，曾建立清朝，对中国历史产生了深远影响。满族的历史、习俗与文化通过长期流传的口述传统和文字记录得以保存。

满族文化以骑马、射箭及传统节庆闻名。女性代表性服饰为旗袍，男性则穿着带有马蹄袖的长袍，既优雅大方又兼具实用性，体现了其游牧和狩猎文化传统。
