Tibetans mainly live on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. They have a long farming and nomadic history, with rich culture passed down through Tibetan scripts, scriptures and folk stories.
Tibetan culture centers on plateau beliefs, horse riding and folk songs. Their traditional long robes are thick and warm, matched with colorful aprons, precious silver and jade ornaments, adapting to the cold highland climate.

藏族主要生活在青藏高原，拥有悠久的农耕与游牧历史，并通过藏文典籍、宗教经典以及民间故事传承丰富的文化传统。
