WEEK 2: Sunday, August 11th to Saturday, August 17th

We are thrilled to participate in Folklorama’s 50th Anniversary! As one of the original eight Folklorama pavilions in 1970, the Chinese Pavilion enlivened the streets of Winnipeg’s historic Chinatown. Today, we welcome you inside Chinatown’s landmark Dynasty Building, home to the WCCCC. Our spectacular show and cultural display embraces the dynamism and diversity of Chinese culture. Join us and explore 50 years of Chinese Pavilion memories; try activities including Chinese calligraphy, mahjong, and Chinese chess. Taste Chinese cuisine, tea and Tsingtao beer. Following each stage show, the beautiful outdoor garden comes alive with performances such as the lion dance and martial arts shows. 欢迎 Welcome!
