Goodbye the Year of Ox, and Welcome the Year of Tiger, time keeps ticking, and prosperity keeps glowing. The Winnipeg Chinese Cultural & Community Centre, along with various community performing groups, has prepared an online celebration full of love and blessings for all Manitobans. Wishing you all the best of luck and prosperity in the Year of the Tiger!
